Prices of course fluctuated a little throughout the year depending on the property type and location, but all and all prices held extremely firm, which was amazing to hold near these all times highs in a year of much less demand due to a combination of prices and mortgage rates.

All predictions are calling for an increase in transactions in 2025 which we agree with. It's going to be a much busier year...

An evening at the Hollywood bowl is the perfect time for Fried chicken Hollywood Bowl Fried Chicken   2 tablespoons sweet paprika 1 tablespoon fennel seeds, crushed   8 chicken thigh or thin breast fillets   2 cups buttermilk   Oil,for shallow frying   2 cups   flour    1 tablespoon baking powder   2 teaspoons pink salt     ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper   Place the paprika and fennel seeds in a large bowl and mix to combine. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Add the buttermilk, mix to combine and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
