Judaysia's Lemon Cheesecake 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 6 tablespoons butter melted 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 3 packages 8 ounces cream cheese 1 cup sugar 6 large egg yolks 2 tablespoons lemon juice and zest of lemon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup sour cream · Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir the crumbs with melted butter and granulated sugar in large bowl until moistened. Press mixture onto bottom of 9-inch spring form pan.
